The short version. One payment, no subscription. Your pass starts the moment you pay. Any problem at all, email support@armyprep.uk and we'll sort it.
Army ACT Prep is run by SkillForge Apps in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@armyprep.uk. Card payments on armyprep.uk are taken by Stripe and show on your bank statement as ARMYPREP.UK.
These terms cover passes bought on armyprep.uk. If you bought in the Android app, Google Play took the payment and Google Play's refund policy applies; you can still email us for help.
Every pass is a one-off payment, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. When the time is up, access simply stops.
There are no accounts. Your pass is saved in the browser you bought it in. After paying you are shown a restore code, and it is also under Restore code on the Training Hub. To use your pass on another phone or laptop, tap “Already bought?” there and enter the code. A code can be entered on up to two devices as well as the one you bought on.
Your browser can lose the pass if you clear its data, use a private window, or, on an iPhone, don't open the site in Safari for about a week. Keep your restore code: it puts the pass back.
If you lose the code or the device, email support@armyprep.uk from the address you paid with and we will get you back in.
Online purchases normally come with 14 days to change your mind. For digital content that starts straight away, that right ends once access begins, but only if you agree to that first.
When you pay on armyprep.uk, the Stripe checkout asks you to tick that you agree to these terms, including that your pass is instant digital access and the cooling-off period ends once it starts. Your pass then starts the moment payment goes through.
Separately from the legal minimum, we will refund you in full if:
Email support@armyprep.uk from the address you paid with and tell us what happened. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Stripe emails you when we issue one, and banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
We do not refund a pass because you changed your mind after it started, or because of your result on the real test. This does not affect your statutory rights below.
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you can ask us to fix or replace it, and if we can't, you are entitled to some or all of your money back.
If something is wrong, email us first. It is usually the quickest way to get it sorted, and a refund from us is faster than a dispute through your bank.
Army ACT Prep is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Army, the Ministry of Defence, or Mindmill Ltd. Our questions are written to match the format of the Army Cognitive Test, not copied from it. The GTI figure from a mock test is an estimate to guide your practice, not an official score, and we cannot promise any result on the real test.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. The terms in place when you bought your pass apply to that pass.
